Whilst a relatively new company, we have been fortunate in acquiring a varied selection of commissions covering both Commercial and Residential schemes in varying sizes. We have worked for an independently owned Structural Engineering Company at the outset, to a medium sized well established Architectural Practice, in addition to Main Contracting and Specialist Contracting companies.
Commissions carried out to date have covered and allowed us to work on single and two-storey domestic extensions and standalone garden rooms to very highly-serviced facilities covering the Healthcare and Research sectors for Hospital and Universities.
The projects have involved various work stages from Inception to Completion along with all necessary Statutory applications in between. These have also provided for measured surveys , existing and proposed drawings covering both 2D and 3D visualisations, detailed drawings with NBS Specifications, Room Data Sheets for the Clinical Facilities, and Design and Access Statements for the Planning requirements.
