Our Client's vision was to have a large entertaining space they could host in, which meant changing the original galley kitchen. The works included utilising the top-tier section of patio to accommodate the new open-plan kitchen. The proposal also included the provision for a new utility, located on the footprint of the existing lean-to, which will be completed by the end of this year.
