This proposal consisted of a roof mansard extension to the rear of the property after the brief was to provide an additional bedroom and study space. Within the scope of works, an extra bathroom was proposed at first floor level.
“David came up with a number of designs for the internal layouts. We thought it was a challenge to get two double rooms in the loft space, but David managed. With clever stair location, we also managed to retain enough first-floor space to retain a fourth bedroom which was a complete bonus.”
