This project was to take a dated bungalow and add to the footprint by proposing a single-storey rear and side extension following the removal of an existing conservatory area. The remodeling within, along with the addition of new roof lanterns and velux windows within the line of the existing roof plane, has given the house a contemporary new look throughout, along with a landscaped garden and outhouses.
